‎Kwara Communities In Fear As Another 3 Villagers Kidnapped In Budo-Idowu

Barely three days after a kidnapping incident was reported at Ganmu Village in Ifelodun local government area of Kwara State, another attack has occurred again at Budo-Idowu near Babanla town in the same local government area on Saturday.

‎The villagers who are in fear of moving out said another set of three people namely Jamiu, Qoyum and Fatima were kidnapped in the late hour at the time they were far slept. 

‎They expressed that this kind of attack would be the second of it’s kind in less three days and it’s causing lots of fear of another incident, calling on government and local security agents to come to their aide.

‎The traditional head of Babanla community, His Royal Highness, Oba Aliu Alabi Yusuf, who expressed much concern over the recurring incident said, it is imperative for the government to beam it’s security measures around the area to stop further attack.

It would be recalled that three people were kidnapped and two persons killed last week in a renewed attack at Ganmu village in Ifelodun local government area of the state.

‎‎According to the eye witness account, the echo of the sporadic gunshots caused pandemonium among the villagers.
